post op update!

11 days post op

Had my dressings off on Thurday, and boy it feels better. I was told I have to wear Tummy Control Scary Briget Jones pants so have had to go get some (evil things are soooo uncomfy!) but the sweling is dramatically reduced and I'm now 9lb less than when I went into hospital! Yay!

Tell you one thing! After 15 years of overhang my groin is chilly (tee hee!!!) Must get a longer coat!

Back home post op

Well... it's done. I had my tummy tuck on Monday and 3 days later I am home! I am sore and tender and swollen but I have no regrets! I have a new belly button and a flat tummy. The overhang left from 8 and a half stone weight loss is gone and it feels great x

At the moment it is too soon to tell how I will look as I am still swollen around my abdomen but it sure as hell won't look worse than it did.

Gotta look ahead now and get well.

The Hospital calleth!

OH MY GOD! I am booked in for my tummy tuck on 16th September!!! Much quicker than I thought! BUT CANNOT WAIT!

Well I have had an amazing week! After getting to goal this week I decided to have a totally WW free week and have whatever I fancied. It's been YUM! However I have had no energy and feel rubbish to be honest! Back on track today and feeling positive for the week ahead xx

Tired of this!

Well the last two weeks have left me only half a pound loser to goal! Stayed the same this week, and am gutted. I KNOW that everyone says the last few pounds are the hardest and boy are they right!

Desperate times call for desperate measures.... this is gonna be the week from hell but I'll keep you posted next week as to whether my cunning plan will work!

NORMAL!

Weigh in last night took me 4.5lb down. I have now lost 116.5lbs and only have 3.5 to go. My BMI has gone from 42 to 24 which is normal and I am now a comfy size 14.

The Man from the NHS... HE SAY YES!

In about 22 weeks I will be having my tummy sorted forever thanks to the lovely consultant I saw yesterday at the hospital!

Apparently I meet all the criteria so they have put me on the waiting list!

I am SOOOOOOO happy!
